LMG has provided IT, facilities and corporate real estate infrastructure services since 1986.

Working across a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, telecommunications, government and media, we help leading global organisations plan, establish and manage the systems, infrastructure and connectivity they need for productive workplaces and efficient data centres.

Our roots are firmly in the management of physical IT infrastructure and assets. However, the convergence of building technologies has allowed us to extend our capabilities to deploying, maintaining and supporting integrated intelligent buildings in both data centre and office environments. Our investment in advanced analytics ensures that the data derived from these intelligent buildings provides unsurpassed levels of business intelligence for our customers to improve productivity. We have also expanded geographically: as well as five offices across the UK we have established an international partnership with the LanTro Global Alliance, allowing us to serve customers around the world.

The Management Team

Nigel Rowe


Nigel has more than 30 years’ experience of the IT market, first as an engineer and then in sales, consultancy and management roles. He was founding director of networking systems integrator Connect Data, and originally joined LMG in 1990 as a consultant, managing one of our first structured cabling projects. He went on to become Managing Director, encouraging growth by developing our service portfolio. In his current executive role, he continues to be actively involved in LMG.

Rick Marshall

Chief Executive Officer

Rick has worked in the IT and infrastructure management industry for 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to LMG. Before joining us, he was Managing Director at Comunica, where he was instrumental in growing both business and services – and the company’s sale to Redstone in 2007. Rick went on to lead Comunica’s successful integration with Redstone Converged Solutions – putting him in a strong position to steer LMG’s own strategy for growth and diversification.

Ieuan Rowe

Chief Operating Officer

Ieuan began employment with LMG 23 years ago as a voice and data apprentice His experience working within and managing various divisions, has afforded him a unique understanding of the operational needs of LMG. He has a inimitable way of driving his teams forward and openly encourages a ‘can-do’ attitude amongst staff, always rewarding and encouraging process efficiencies and improvements. Ieuan is passionate about exceeding clients’ expectations and is proud of the reputation the LMG brand has gained over the years.

Mike Hook

Executive Director

With more than 20 years’ experience in the design, installation and management of enterprise infrastructure solutions, Mike specialises in developing intelligent building solutions that convert technological innovation into valuable business outcomes. He joined LMG in 2007 when it acquired 2iServices: a company he founded and the world’s first organisation dedicated to creating automated infrastructure management solutions. Mike has a degree in geology and a post-graduate diploma in business management from Kingston Business School.

Gareth Rowe

Technical Director

Gareth has over twenty year’s experience in the service management & technology platforms associated with cabling and space management solutions. Gareth’s experience designing and managing support solutions coupled with the design of service & space management software applications makes him ideal to not only drive LMG’s software solutions forward but to ensure that they are implemented professionally and become an integral part of LMG’s service offerings.


Richard Bell

Sales Director

Richard oversees development and execution of sales strategies and key account management, and helps develop new marketing and customer service initiatives. With more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience, Richard has been immersed in the IT industry, from cabling infrastructure to space management software intelligence. He worked in various large IT businesses before leading the sales and marketing strategy for a start-up – until its eventual sale to a listed AIM company.
